STORE POLICY: For Individual Consumers

Child Like Creations Store is the official on-line store for CLC merchandise in the United States and Canada. CLC ships only to the United States, Canada, US Territories, and US Military Bases. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we hope to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Here's some information that may help:

You may request FedEx 3-day delivery service for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Military Bases, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada orders ship via USPS. For FedEx international priority delivery, add $30.00. Please note that Canadian import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the order. All International/Foreign orders are subject to local taxes payable upon receipt of order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please see the table below for our standard shipping charges.

All product lines are returnable if damaged upon receipt, otherwise, all sales are final. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will work with you so you are satisfied. You must first call CLC at (949)363-2834 to receive authorization to return any merchandise.

Please Note: There is a 25% service fee and the product must be returned within 2 weeks from date of delivery after you receive the authorization number. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Please note that we do not accept returns for discounted merchandise. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip in all returns.

If your package is returned to CLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, due to your error or because attempts for delivery were made and the recipient was not available to sign for package, there will be a $5.00 reshipping fee that will apply if you would like for the package to be reshipped. If you decide to cancel an order once the package has been shipped back to CLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, then you will be recredited for the amount of the items less the 25% restocking fee and the shipping and handling costs.

Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, we will be glad to replace it. Call us at 888-652-9484 between 10am and 4pm Pacific Time or send an email to cs@childlikecreations.com so we can coordinate returning your defective item and delivering a replacement.

Usage
All images and text found on childlikecreations.com are created and owned by Child Like creations, LLC. Usage of these items is restricted to sites owned and operated by Child Like Creations. These images or descriptions may not be used for other business endevors, or even for personal use on auctions sites.
