CLC's primary focus is the implementation of its strategic
goals including but not limited to the marketing of its games,
books, bedding, furniture and angel like dolls; partnering with
children's outreach projects and programs and secure product endorsements
by national and international companies who agree with the company's
mission, License products that will further the company's market
share and eventually develop a television and DVD series that
enhances the CLC's educational content across a mass medium and
thereby further enhance the Company's merchandising and licensing
opportunity. The Company has focused on the creation, development,
trademark, copyright protection and patent approval of its products
since its inception.
Management believes that the overall market environment recognizes
a profound need for empowerment merchandise that reinforces a
sense of inner peace and meaningful experiences. CLC's management
expects that through its inspiring angel-like characters, Lit'l
Messengers, parents, teachers, caregivers and consumers will be
oriented to view CLC as a company known for its value-oriented
products geared to bring numerous benefits based on measurable
results into the lives of children and their families.
The Company's founders, Joan Marie Ambrose and Joan Marie Whelan,
uses angels as mentors to teach balance and harmony in every day
living. Success and inner balance comes from developing, practicing
and nurturing "noble sense" qualities from the inside out. At
the very center of this process is self-respect rooted in the
recognition of the goodness within ourselves and others. Our products
help children and their families realize that they are not alone
and understand that it is okay to be different. CLC's angel-like
characters, Lit'l Messengers, teach that our birthright is to
feel good, powerful and supported in all aspects of our lives.
The Company's design and approach for marketing angel-like characters
has emanated from the founders' research that, across all cultural
regimes throughout history, there have been stories and sightings
about angels and how they have given messages of warning, help
and encouragement and above all, messages of love. CLC's angel-like
characters, Lit'l Messengers, are messengers of truth, courage,
love, self-empowerment and protection, just to mention a few.
Their mission and goal is to help adults and children refocus
personal goals and sense of purpose while recognizing that all
individuals can empower themselves in all aspects of life. By
opening to this possibility, as we follow the clues of life, we
